Jalal Saed Panah is a scriptwriter and actor who was born in 1966 in Sanandaj, Iran. His well-known activity is acting in “The Tear of the Cold” by Azizollah Hamid Nezhad. He has also starred as a director and writer in the “Cold Water” short film.
