Zhila Epekchi is an editor who was born in 1955 in Tehran, Iran. She started her career in cinema and starred in “Nar O Nay” movie directed by Saeed Ibrahimi Far in 1988. She has also won the Crystal Simorgh for Best Editing for “Nar O Nay” from Fajr Film Festival. Her most notable activities are Farzad Motamen’s movies such as “When Did You See Sahar Last Time?”, “The Long Farewell” and “Penumbra.
