Hamid Farokhnejad is a cinema and television actor who was born in 1969 in Abadan, Iran. After completing his studies at Tehran's Fine Arts Camp, his first movie was Khosro Sinaei's "In the Alleys of Love" movie. For his second movie with Khosro Sinaei's "The Bride of Fire", he won the Crystal Simorgh for Best Supporting Actor in Fajr Film Festival. He also won the Crystal Simorgh for Best First Role Actor for "Reclamation" by Ali Ghaffari.
