Mehri Mehrnia was an actress who was born in 1917 in Alasht, Iran. She started her career in cinema and starred in “Mosaferi az Behesht” directed by Nosratallah Vahdat in 1963. She has won the Crystal Simorgh of Best Second Role Actress for “Tanoreh Div” by Kianoosh Ayari from Fajr Film Festival. Her other activities are “The Blue-Veiled” by Rakhshan Banietemad, “Marriage, Iranian Style” by Hasan Fathi and “Mirza Kuchak Khan” by Behrouz Afkhami.
