Fatemeh Motamed Arya is an actress who was born in 1961 in Tehran, Iran. She started her career in cinema and starred in “The City of Mice” by Marzieh Boromand and Ali Talebi in 1985. She has won the Crystal Simorgh for Best Supporting Actress and First Role Actress from Fajr Film Festival for “Barahoot” by Mohammad Ali Talebi, “Mosaferan” by Bahram Beizaei, “Actor” by Mohsen Makhmalbaf and “Hamsar” by Mehdi Fakhimzadeh. From her notable activities, we can name Mohammadreza Honarmand’s series such as “Ashpazbashi” and “Zire Tigh”, Iraj Tahmasb’s movies such as “Under the Peach Tree” and “Redhat and Cousin”.
